Ryan McDonald
Operations Manager
Ryan is a graduate of the University of Rochester and is a certified TMS and SAINT Technician. While in school, he worked as both a Home Health Aide and a Teaching Assistant at a correctional facility, where he assisted incarcerated students in obtaining their Associate’s Degrees. Through his work with at-risk populations, Ryan came to understand the value of accessible mental health services.
His post-graduate professional experience prior to joining Fermata includes roles as an Assistant Practice Manager, a TMS Technician, and a Department Supervisor. Ryan enjoys helping patients gain access to life-saving treatments, supporting clinicians in their patient-facing roles, and helping practices scale.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, reading, and trivia.
